All above pricing is End User pricing A maintenance agreement entitles the customer to support and version upgrades of the product Maintenance must be renewed within 30 days from expiry at latest Maintenance can only be purchased in 1-year intervals or multiples of 1 year. The starting date of a maintenance agreement is the date that the license is first activated Version upgrades are between builds  - customers can not upgrade the product version eg. Small Business to Enterprise or Consultant Instance Upgrades are for customers to upgrade from a 2 instance license to a 10 instance license - only possible for perpetual licenses Customers upgrading from a 2 instance license to 10 instance license, must also upgrade their Maintenance Agreement to that of a 10 instance license. This will be calculated pro rata on the remaining time coverage
